What’s a Pintxo? (pron. ‘pin-cho’)

Essentially, it's a reference to the very first tapas.  It translates to mean 'thorn' or 'spike' and that's how the very first tapas was held together … with a toothpick!  It's the name given to tapas in the Basque region of Spain.
